We are aware there have been some issues with members making class bookings when using the mobile version of our online booking system.
This has been identified as a bug within the current version of the software and is being addressed by the software provider, however, an upgrade isn’t likely to be available for at least 2 / 3 months. In the meantime they have suggested the following:
1. Search for the class as normal
2. If it displays “Too soon to book” and it is within the book ahead period then scroll back up the page and press “Search”. Wait for it to reload. Scroll back to the class.
3. The class should then display “Add to Basket”
4. You can then continue with the booking process
At present we aren’t aware of any issues with the desktop version of the online booking system, in the mobile version it gives you the option to switch to the desktop view.
