We are pleased to announce that we will soon be upgrading to a new fully integrated membership system which will result in better functionality and communication for our members and staff. The system will give you more control over your membership account and will deliver an improved online booking system.
• You will be able to create a user profile where you can log into your account to book classes/activities online and more.
• You will be able to access your user profile via a member log in area on the website.
• You will also be able to book online directly via the app, with a single sign on.
The upgrade is due to take place early December across all of our sites in a staggered approach. Unfortunately this upgrade will impact the systems in the clubs and online and these will be unavailable for a short period of time.
Full details on the days and dates that your club will transfer and how to register for your online profile will be made available nearer to the transfer date.
Whilst there will be some disruption during this change we will do all that we can to keep it to a minimum and would like to thank you in advance for your patience.
We are excited to be able to launch this new system to you and are confident that you will enjoy the benefits of these changes, especially in light of the recent problems we have been experiencing with the current online booking platform, for which we apologise.
