I have recently started some PT sessions with Sarah. Sarah has assessed my fitness levels and put together a series of workouts that are challenging yet achievable. I have been introduced to Kettlebells and Resistance Bands and am now in love with this way of training. I have always been reluctant to do PT sessions because of the one on one nature however Sarah put me immediately at ease with her warm and caring personality.
